While organizing a food and wine event at the Hyatt, I had the great pleasure of meeting  Chef Leo. From San Deigo he brings his culinary expertise and flair. It was an enjoyable experience working with Chef Leo.  Every 3rd Friday you can join him to sample wines from the finest regions of the world, paired with delicious charcuterie, imported and domestic cheese and complimentary cuisine.
